This back-to-back event on Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) or Red Tide led by Dr. Rhodora V. Azanza, Dr. Aletta T. Yniguez, Dr. Lilibeth S. Reyes and Dr. Deo Florence L. Onda of the UP Marine Science Institute and MERF, was held in Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan.
